 MLS Portal is Here/GoNYSMLS Password Tip
|
All MLS participants are now directed to the new SafeMLS portal/dashboard when they log into Fusion or MLXchange. With the portal, users will be able to access many of our tools and benefits without having to log in again from the portal dashboard. Users will be randomly required to change their MLS password at some point in the first few weeks and until then may continue using their existing password until prompted to go through a short enrollment process. Tip for Using Your New Password with the GoNYSMLS Mobile App:After changing your password in the portal, you will also use it in the GoNYSmls mobile app. The trick is to be sure to enter your new password in the GoNYSMLS app the same way you entered your NEW password into the portal (upper and/or lowercase). For example, if you entered your password as 'New2147' with a capital 'N' and lowercase 'ew', that is how you must enter it into GoNYSMLS. View more tips about the portal/get support at www.Grar.org.

Instanet Solutions is now providing 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year live TOLL FREE phone and chat support, at no additional charge for our MLS Subscribers. In order to provide non-stop, 24 hour a day support Instanet Solutions has partnered with a support services firm with 13 call centers across North America. With their capabilities, they're able to add new call center features such as call recording. Calls will be recorded to ensure call quality and to have a record of all calls in case there is ever a quality question. Calls will be answered within one minute so long hold times are now a thing of the past.

DoubleTree by Hilton This will be a day of technology based learning, with sessions presented by industry experts focusing on the latest trends in social media, mobile technology, online marketing, video, tech tools, and much more. We are planning to offer a track for beginners and one on advanced topics ranging from mobile apps to electronic signatures. Attendees will be able to select from five sessions each hour for up to 5 sessions per attendee. Advanced sale tickets are $35 if purchased by August 29, 2014. After that, tickets will be $45. This event was a sellout last year so don't wait! Purchase tickets now. Ticket price includes all sessions, free parking and a buffet lunch! Tickets will not be mailed. Time to Get Serious with Instanet Forms and AuthentiSign

We have had many requests for classes on Instanet. Some want hands on, some want CE, some want the free overview course. We have all of this available. Read closely and sign up for the right one. While you wait for your class day to arrive, our best advice is to grab a co-worker and do some test contracts with each other so you can get the hang of it. There are also MANY videos online that deal with how to succeed using Instanet and AuthentiSign in small doses. On top of all of this, we will be having someone from Instanet join us again at TechKNOWPalooza this September 18. Tickets on sale soon. It is up to you now to go and learn this.
