TIME TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP
As in the past, hard-copy invoices will NOT be mailed out. Invoices will be available by June 1 by logging into
www.GRAR.org. Watch for your postcard reminder in the US Mail later this week. Payment deadlines are listed below for your reference. Log into the Membership Director online payment system after June 1 for your actual billing amount or see the front of your postcard.
Three payment options are available this year!
A. NEW! Auto-Pay - Divided Dues & Fees option
Say goodbye to stamps, checks and late fees! With Auto-Pay, your GRAR dues, GENRIS MLS fee, State and National Dues (if applicable) will be automatically deducted from your credit/debit card according to our divided dues plan schedule on June 27, September 5 and October 28, 2014. Watch for details about signing up for this new option.
B. Manual/self-pay - Divided Dues & Fees option
Take advantage of three (3) payment deadlines with a portion of your dues and fees due on July 1, September 9 & November 1. You must pay the GRAR (local) dues amount by July 1 to avoid a late fee.
C. Pay 'In-Full' option, due by July 1, 2014. Pay with credit card or if paying by check, two (2) checks required:
1) Check #1 payable to GENRIS for the MLS fee
2) Check #2 payable to GRAR for your respective Local, State & National membership dues.
Please note that we cannot make any exceptions to this payment schedule. Online or mailed payments must be received by the stated due date(s) or a $50 late fee will be charged per the GRAR Constitution and by-laws

GRAR PROVIDES RARES DISCOUNTS TO MEMBERSSign up to receive the
RARES newsletter at either your work or personal address to be kept informed of the more than 475 opportunities to save.
If you sign up with your work e-mail address, your RARES ID # is imbedded in the links within the newsletter and you don't have to remember it to access our site. If you sign up with a personal e-mail address (e.g., AOL, rochester.rr.com, Gmail), links do not contain the current ID # and you will have to enter it before accessing most of the links on the
RARES web site.
The 2014 RARES ID # for GRAR members is 20148269. You can get your official membership card at GRAR or
print it online.
