NEW DUES PAYMENT OPTION FOR 2014-2015Say good-bye to stamps, checks & late fees! As you may know, the 'Divided Dues' option has been very popular with our members the past 3 years. To make it even easier to pay annual dues & fees by credit card, GRAR has a new 'Auto-Pay' option that we will be rolling out in the coming weeks. With Auto-Pay, the GRAR dues, GENRIS MLS fee, State and National Dues (if applicable) will be automatically deducted from a credit/debit card according to our divided dues plan schedule a few days before the due date to allow time for processing. During the signup process, we will redirect all payment information to NAR where it will be stored for GRAR to be able to use to make payments on our member's behalf if they like. If not, he or she will be responsible for submitting a payment either in full by July 1 or via the divided dues option before this year's divided dues deadlines of July 1, September 9 and November 1. Watch for sign up details coming soon!
HISTORIC NEW YORK BOOKS DONATED FOR GRAR MEMBERSHIPFree copies of the book, Historic New York: Architectural Journeys in the Empire State, are available at GRAR for our members. This is a 224 page coffee-table book produced by the Landmark Society. Any member who would like a copy may stop into GRAR to pick one up during business hours. These books were made available for our members based on a donation to the Landmark Society by one of our members.
Speaking of the Landmark Society, did you know that there is an Agent Level of membership? Several of our members recently mentioned at a Board meeting that they are Agent members of the Landmark Society and found it to be a great benefit.

RCF DONATES TO DMITRI
The REALTORS Charitable Foundation presented a check for $6,000 to the Dimitri House on April 1st. The This charity, with a staff of 3 and a handful of volunteers, feeds scores of homeless families and those in need in the community through a daily lunch and dinner program and a food cupboard. They have seven beds to help homeless men throughout the year, but it really helps them get through the winter. The Dimitri House has plans to expand its number of beds and make an even bigger difference in the future.
