 GoNYSMLS App Continues to Evolve
|
The response to GRAR's new Mobile MLS app, GoNYSMLS, has been outstanding. As new features are made available, we'll keep you posted. Last week, the License Type of the sending/sharing agent is now displayed on the iKenex pages. These are the links you can send to a client. Included with the link to the property is the sender's Name, Email Address, Direct Phone, Firm Name and License Type.
Tip for Getting Started With and Using GoNYSMLS:
1. Go to the Android Market or IOS App Store and download the app.
2. When logging in for the first time, be sure to select Agent Login on the very bottom of the screen (you may have to close the keypad to see it on your device).
3. To use the app, use your MLS ID and Password. If your MLS Password has letters in it (ex. 123EAST), the letters in your password must be entered in as CAPS to get into GoNYSMLS.

Windows XP Microsoft's Support Lifecycle & MLS
|
Please be aware that Microsoft will end mainstream support for Windows XP Service Pack 3 (SP3) as of April 8, 2014. (See Windows XP Support). As per CoreLogic Support Policy, version 5.11 of Fusion and MLXchange running on PC's with Windows XP SP3 will no longer be supported. This does not imply these applications will suddenly stop working after the site upgrades to v5.11 (later this month), however issues reported to be specific to Windows XP SP3 OS will not be resolved. This also means that CoreLogic's AnswerLink will no longer provide end-user support to users running this OS on their PC's. AnswerLink will continue to support Microsoft Windows 7 and higher.
