Are your sales missing from the Agent Award Report?

Did you know that Agent Awards and some other MLS reports are aggregated once monthly for only the prior month. With that said,  we would like to remind everyone to report closed listings before the 28th of the following month to ensure the listing will appear on the Agent Awards Report without issue.  When you wait, we have to contact CoreLogic to aggregate further back which is not something they can do asap. It usually takes a day or two. 

Watch for info on new stats reports that will not require aggregating and can eventually replace this format.

GoNYSMLS Mobile MLS App is Here!
As announced earlier today, GRAR's new mobile MLS app is ready! This app may be used instead of CoreLogic Fusion Experience and/or Kurio. MLS Participants that currently have customers using Kurio will want to get up and running on the new app and invite those customers to participate in GoNYSMLS as soon as possible. Kurio will be phased out by month's end. Fusion Experience will remain active.


Tip for Getting Started With and Using GoNYSMLS:

  1. Go to the Android Market or IOS App Store and download the app. 
  2. When logging in for the first time, be sure to select Agent Login on the very bottom of the screen (you may have to close the keypad to see it on your device).
  3. To use the app, use your MLS ID and Password.  If your MLS Password has letters in it (ex. 123EAST), the letters in your password must be entered in as CAPS to get into GoNYSMLS. If this is too much of a nuisance, please contact GRAR to change your MLS password to something numeric (we also recommend a special character (ex. 786878@).
  4. When searching with the app, you may use an asterisk as a wild card, if needed (ex. 123 Stone* for 123 Stonefield Road). 
  5. Please be aware that only agents will see all listing statuses and 'agent only' type of info such as agent phone and compensation fields and the Realist data for the property. When your client logs in, they will only see Active listings and will not have the Realist section.
  6. To get to a user manual, click on 'Feedback' while in the app and then the "Please check out our support page" link.
Have a Blackberry or Windows Phone?
If your device is not supported here (ex. if you are using a Blackberry or Windows phone), you can access a 'light' version of the GoNYSMLS app via your device browser at www.GoNYSMLS.com. 

Be sure to log in as  an agent by clicking on the 'drawer' navigation icon (top left of site in the light gray bar) which will toggle the 'drawer' to be shown (or hidden) from which you can log in (see #3 above for tips), perform a search or get help.  Logging in as an agent allows you to search by more fields and see listings in statuses other than active (which is all the public sees).
