Knitting News from The Flaming Ice Cube in Boardman

Brighten your day with some new yarn today!  The Flaming Ice Cube just received two l-a-r-g-e boxes from cascade filled with colorful yarns and popular books.  We now stock over 20 colors of Superwash 220.  The spring time favorite, Sunseeker is also now available. 

Talk about color, we also received a beautiful shipment of Jitterbug yarn from Wales.  This is one of Michele's favorites with it's tight twist and super saturated colors.  

If you are planning on taking Michelle Hunter's Corkscrew mitten class, please sign up soon.  Space is limited. 

Due to popular demand, we added a Knitting 101 class for Thursday, February 17 at 6pm.  Woohoo - We love to introduce new people to the wonderful world of knitting!  (if you've already taken Knitting 101 and are ready to progress on your knitting journey,  Knitting Boot Camp  begins this Wednesday night)

Superwash 220 from Cascade Yarns
THE most popular yarn from Cascade is now available at The Flaming Ice Cube!  Choose from over 20 different colors, including their "paints' collection.

 

Fiber:  100% Superwash Wool

Yardage:  100g / 220 yards

Gauge:  20 - 22 sts = 4" (10 cm) on US 6 - 7 (4.0 - 4.5 mm) 

Care:  Machine Wash Warm / Tumble Dry Normal
