Knitting Retreat - Register by 12/15 to save $50!

This year we are happy to welcome back Michelle Hunter )a.k.a. knitpurlhunter) to our retreat for a third time! Many of you may know Michelle from her books Building Blocks and Building in Color, her mystery KAL's, her instructional knitting videos on her website, or her classes at the national knitting conventions like Stitches. Michelle will be teaching three classes at our retreat - Navajo Knitting, Mad for Plaid, and Design Your Own Cowl.

Our retreat will take place March 6-8, 2015 at the Comfort Inn in Austintown, Ohio and will include accommodations Friday and Saturday night, dinner Friday and Saturday night, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, 9 hours of instruction and workshop with Michelle hunter and a goody bag worth over $75!

Monthly Knit and Dine

This month our knitting dinner is on Friday, December 12 from 6 - 8pm. We will be knitting a chunky cabled boot cuff - a nice quick gift! So bring

* a ball of Cascade Superwash 128

* US 9 and 10.5 dpn's (or 32" circulars for magic loop method)

We'll provide a delicious meal, the pattern, and any help you might need with the project (We'll go over magic loop, and cables. You will need to be familiar with knit, purl, and knitting in the round). $20
