Happy Holidays This month's newsletter is a bit late being sent out. I have had a bit of a computer fiasco at the end of last month and am now working on a brand new machine. I'll try to keep it short as time is precious to send this out to all of you. I do want to tell you that I will be making a trip to GA on the 23rd of this month and will be returning on the 6th of January. (I will be absent from OR during the holidays to spend time with family back home.)
There are beautiful hand knit Christmas stockings and gorgeous hand crocheted clothespin angel tree ornaments now available in my boutique.

 In case any of you are wondering, one of the two essential oils that I apply to your body before I start your massage is called Valor. It is the one that I put on the bottoms of your feet and the first one that I "raindrop" along your spine. I want to share with you a fabulous video of what this oil does for you within 10 minutes of application. It is really enlightening and exciting. It depicts live blood cells as they should be, live blood cells after ingesting several different food substances and live blood cells after using Valor essential oil. It's less than 4 minutes long. Young Living has the Seasonal Essentials 2012 Holiday Catalog available now. And this is soooooo awesome...I have it here for you as a "virtual" catalog to browse through.
I saw a few internet news articles recently proclaiming that the flu season has started sand that it is an especially nasty one. This year, I got smart. Instead of "preaching" and continuously stepping up and down on my soap box about this issue, I wrote an article and posted it to my website. Common Sense Approach to Cold and Flu Prevention This is a list of basic steps and suggestions to do on a daily basis. I have included links to other sites that will help you get started on educating yourself on various vaccines before you or members of your family get injected.
Please remember that I offer Raindrop Technique massage therapy treatments that are painless and will help the individual that catches a cold/flu to recover with in 12 hours. Be mindful that the sooner you receive a Raindrop Technique the faster you will recover from the cold/flu. This is not a "treat the symptoms" procedure. It is a "kill what is causing you to be ill in the first place" treatment!
Also, just reminding: I worked during the summer in preparation for the coming on-slaught of the cold/flu season to develop a bath salt soak to assist with the cold and flu recovery.

Shingles Relief:
I was handing out a flyer with  instructions for people to make their own essential oil blend to help with shingles outbreaks. Essential oils may help you with a wide range of concerns regarding your health and is not limited to massage therapy treatments. (although I personally think receiving essential oil treatments via a massage is the most pleasurable venue of health care.) Essential oils provide everyday health and well-being for the whole family!
I alwa ys have Raindrop Treatments available. These are good for more than just keeping the cold and flu germs in check.
