Using a sheet of lined paper, complete each of the following statements 3 times (a total of 9 statements daily) calling in the healing, direction and guidance you desire to experience.

Every experience we face in life is a function of choice; choices made and choices resisted. Until there is conscious choice, one will live in default as a victim of circumstances, accepting whatever comes along.

With conscious choice, one is empowered. Choice is in fact, an empowered yes or, an empowered no. By choice we say yes to those things we do want and no to those things we do not. Choice is directly linked to and produces the manifestation of beliefs.

Whatever is held in conscious- ness, whatever one believes about self, life, and the world at large will influence or dictate choice. However, by making a new, conscious choice, one can override beliefs which have been long held producing negative or undesirable experiences.

Learning to make self-supportive choices is one of the most difficult challenges of life's experience.

Until one is willing and ready to choose from the level of the authentically, empowered Self, life is a series of mishaps which we resent or avoid moving through.

A PRAYER FOR HUMILITY

Father Mother God,

I acknowledge You as my source, strength and light. You are the center of my joy. I am so happy that my soul has chosen this body to express You God in the human form.And, in this Oneness with You, I am whole healthy and complete.

Father, Mother God, I gratefully give You my pride and ego.I pray for humility Lord. I confess that there are times when I don't share my truth or even stand fully in it because I feel embarrassed and uncomfortable to joyfully be who I was called to be. I confess that I have made up stories or told myself how my family, friends and the world will react and respond to my real truth. I confess that I hide parts of me rather than let my light shine.I confess that I allow what others think or feel about me keep me from standing in the way of my joy.

Father Mother God I come to You right now asking for forgiveness for not following Your guidance and standing my truth. Today, I choose to remember that I am the beloved daughter of the Most High with whom You are well pleased. Father Mother God, I ask that You give me the courage to tell everyone about Your goodness and the joy that You bring.

Today, with my joyful spirit I choose to be a witness for You wherever I go. Father Mother God, teach me to love all people and give them a word of encouragement to keep them lifted on their journey. Help me Father Mother God to build my foundation upon Your word, wisdom and strength.

I am so grateful that You blessed me and have given me another opportunity to serve You. I am thankful for the burning desire that is in me to go spread Your joy and love to the entire world. I am so thankful for this and so much more.

I pray this prayer in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

Choice is the ability to recognize alternatives and possible consequences, thereby enabling the selection of that which is most desirable, admirable, and honorable. The ability to act in response to the recognized alternatives.

It is not that we do not realize that we must make choices; for most of us it is the fear of making the wrong choice. In some cases, the failure to choose is the result of the fear of letting go of the old for the new, the familiar for the unfamiliar. This is the essence of choice: the ability to make our wishes known, to let go and stand on new and unfamiliar ground.

Choice is a divine teacher, for when we choose we learn that nothing is ever put in our path without a reason. When we choose to follow a certain path or engage in a certain activity, it is because that choice holds a lesson for us.

Choice teaches us how to listen, and why we must obey.
