Every experience we face in life is a function of choice; choices made and choices resisted. Until there is conscious choice, one will live in default as a victim of circumstances, accepting whatever comes along.
With conscious choice, one is empowered. Choice is in fact, an empowered yes or, an empowered no. By choice we say yes to those things we do want and no to those things we do not. Choice is directly linked to and produces the manifestation of beliefs.
Whatever is held in conscious- ness, whatever one believes about self, life, and the world at large will influence or dictate choice. However, by making a new, conscious choice, one can override beliefs which have been long held producing negative or undesirable experiences.
Learning to make self-supportive choices is one of the most difficult challenges of life's experience.
Until one is willing and ready to choose from the level of the authentically, empowered Self, life is a series of mishaps which we resent or avoid moving through.

THIS WILL BE AN EVERLASTING LOVE I know that I am One with Everlasting Love. It is That Which Created Me who is always by my side. The One who created Love is The One that Loves me. This is the only Truth that I need to know. In this right now moment, I am so glad that I turn to Everlasting love and it rectifies my mind and thoughts. I'm so glad that this Everlasting Love is FOR me. Loving God is some kind of wonderful and It expresses just how much It cares about me. This Everlasting Love is the thrill of my lifetime and has so much fun, excitement, lessons and experiences to fill this lifetime and my lifetimes to come. Everlasting Love has brought joy, happiness and sunshine into my life by surrounding me with friends and family that reflect this love onto me. God fills me with happiness that I could never have known, and joy that expands me so that i may release anything contrary to It. Nothing can ever take It's place - It is forever and ever - and It is an Everlasting Love. Amen. Rev. Peter Abisola Ripley

Today I choose to recognize my ability
to act in response to the alternatives

Choice is the ability to recognize alternatives and possible consequences, thereby enabling the selection of that which is most desirable, admirable, and honorable. The ability to act in response to the recognized alternatives.
It is not that we do not realize that we must make choices; for most of us it is the fear of making the wrong choice. In some cases, the failure to choose is the result of the fear of letting go of the old for the new, the familiar for the unfamiliar. This is the essence of choice: the ability to make our wishes known, to let go and stand on new and unfamiliar ground.
Choice is a divine teacher, for when we choose we learn that nothing is ever put in our path without a reason. When we choose to follow a certain path or engage in a certain activity, it is because that choice holds a lesson for us.
Choice teaches us how to listen, and why we must obey.
