Registration for the 2013 Wisconsin Marathon & Half Marathon is now 80% filled! Sign up now for the May 4 event along Lake Michigan! A new season of tours at the Southport Light Station Museum and climbs up the 1866 Southport Lighthouse begin May 10 with a Martini Mixer presented by the Southport Light Station Museum. On May 18, Kenosha HarborMarket returns outdoors, at the west entrance of the Kenosha Public Museum and Civil War Museum.

JUNE

How high can you fly? Bring your kites for the Outta Sight Kite Flight June 1-2 at Kennedy Park along Lake Michigan.  The Good Old Summertime Art Fair in Civic Center Park is June 2. The Kenosha History Center hosts the Muntzenberger Beer Fest on June 8. A Salute to Freedom is held at the Civil War Museum June 7-9. Enjoy breakfast on the farm June 15: the Kenosha County Dairy Breakfast will be held at Uhlenhake's Land-Locked Acres. Swim, bike, and run to victory at the Pleasant Prairie Triathlon on June 23.

JULY

The Bristol Renaissance Faire kicks off a new season - fit for a queen -  July 6-7. Join the Museum Crawl on July 12: visit three museums after-hours, while enjoying tasty treats and lively music. Whether rowing or cheering, the Kenosha Area Dragon Boat Festival will be an entertaining sight to see on July 20 at Lake Andrea and Prairie Springs Park. Come hungry July 26-28 for Taste of Wisconsin™, overlooking Lake Michigan.

AUGUST

Get rugged on Wilmot Mountain August 3. Go back in time August 3-4 at Pike River Rendezvous. It's fair season August 14-18 at the Kenosha County Fair - don't miss the action at Wilmot Raceway during the fair! See what's cooking August 23-24 during Grill Games. Celebrate 110 years of Harley-Davidson at Harbor Thunder on Kenosha's lakefront August 28 and at Kenosha's own Uke's Harley-Davidson August 28 - September 1. Classic cars will line Downtown Kenosha August 31 for the Kenosha Classic Cruise-In.
