 Heather had a very fun Birthday party, which you can see in photos below, with a fashion show of Cari's fanciful clothing. (Cari to the right at her recent Snow Fashion Show) So fun she thought she would do a last minute Valentine event with Cari.
It's mid-week so it will be an early one (although you never know!) from 5pm-8ish, with shopping all day.

There have been so much changes, challenges, passages ... I'm starting to feel like Dear Abbie (or Dan Savage) to my personal friends and family ... So here's this past weeks advice:
Money ... acknowledge how you are being taken care of, not how things aren't working out and *"focus on what you want to become, not overcome" (*Karen La Puma).
Relationships ... tell the truth about your needs, listen for the needs of the other, without judgment see how these needs can be met. if they can't or if clearly expressed boundaries have been transgressed, love from a distance. AND DO SOMETHING KIND, SWEET AND LOVING TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF.
Health ... do something to participate in life ... even if that is posting to facebook or instagram a creative thought that could inspire health in others
All fears ... Breathe, chant, smile, yawn and if you're able ... walk, dance and serve another.
And .... Be Fearless ... choose Love
