NHIC, Corp. J14 has added automation to the Identity Proofing for the Customer Service Toll Free Telephone Lines.
Please be aware: When contacting the J14 Part B Call Center at 866-801-5304, you may be prompted to enter your NPI, PTAN, and last five digits of your TIN. These identifiers can be entered either by voice or keypad (if all numbers). If your PTAN includes letters, you will be required to utilize the voice option. Once the authentication process is completed, you'll be passed to the next available representative who will assist you with your inquiry.
