BE FREE WHERE YOU ARE
During the month of July, Reverend Glenda and Reverend Judy invite us to step into a relaxed state of mind; to be mindful. They encourage us to take it easy during the hot summer months.
They will remind us that most of us are capable of being aware of what is going on; drinking water mindfully, enjoying a Fourth of July Parade, tasting the sweetness of a freshly peeled tangerine, watching the sunset over the ocean after a full day of play at the beach.
They will help us see that when we are mindful it is possible to experience life in such a way that every step, every activity, can bring freedom, transformation and joy in the moment. They will encourage us to realize that we are part of the Earth and the sky and all of creation.
They will help us see that we can practice freedom every moment of our daily life; freedom from anger, freedom from fear, freedom from worry about the past and the future.
This talk series is a perfect reminder that relaxing, taking it easy, and being mindful bring us into an awareness of true freedom, wherever we are, within whatever is happening.
Please join us every week for an hour of inspiration, music, message and meditation. Everyone is invited and included.
