YOGA FOR THE HEART

Common Ground Spiritual Wellness Center and Anh Chi Pham, RYT-500, are pleased to co-sponsor an interactive donation-based yoga class benefiting Syrian Refugees.
All proceeds will go to Northern Lights Aid, a charity that helps boat refugees arriving in Lesvos, Greece.
Come join Ahn Chi for an hour of gentle yoga and meditation practice. No yoga experience necessary.

Common Ground is pleased to celebrate the coming of spring, the time of regeneration of life and sacred beginnings.
As community, during the month of March we will work together to create beauty and become more connected to our own soul's growth as we each evolve according to our own natural flow.
Together we will celebrate life and invite wholeness and harmony into our lives. We will be invited to embrace the idea that we are all part of an ever-growing creativity where everything is interrelated and interdependent.
We will work towards the capacity to appreciate the beauty and creative potential all around us as we rejoice in the grace and blessing of renewal.

TRANSFORMATION THIS SPRING
Common Ground is pleased to have received approval from Church of the Foothills to improve a landscape are near the entrance to The Chapel.
The project will transform a currently unused area into a pleasant gathering space for everyone's enjoyment. Sustainable materials and drought tolerant plantings will compliment the shady area beneath the beautiful Carrotwood trees there.
Tables and chairs will be installed to create a welcoming place to enjoy hospitality. A garden arbor will be installed to create a symbolic transition from 'the world as we know it' into the calm space of the garden which will also feature a place for quiet contemplation.
