With all video, voice and date being transmitted over a standard network connection, the P3500 eliminates the barriers of room availability, training and cost with a simple solution that can easily be moved from room to room, so a dedicated video conference room is a concern of the past! The P3500 can be connected to either a PC or Macintosh to share the presentation on the presenters screen. The P3500, UCS Apps and VGS all require a monthly subscription to the Ricoh Cloud.
