The Jewish tradition has wrestled with the profound, delicate, and heart-wrenching questions surrounding end-of-life care for many years. We will have the opportunity to explore some of these questions at a program entitled, "Jewish Perspectives on End-Of-Life Care" at Temple Aliyah on Tuesday, October 30th at 7:45 pm (immediately following minyan). Download the flyer here.
I will be teaching several key texts, which appear on a study sheet I've prepared that you can access here. We will be joined by Kenneth Richman, PhD, a medical ethicist who teaches at MCPHS, who will speak about advanced care directives (living wills).
Please join us!
Sincerely,
Rabbi Carl M. Perkins
