Greetings!
Noticed an increase in the number of live and virtual cashiers asking you to make a donation when you check out?
We have. We also noticed that no one was tracking how much was being raised this way. So we decided to do something about it.
Here, faithful newsletter reader, are a few previews of the fascinating data we've collected:
-- More than 60 point-of-sale donation programs raised over a million dollars in 2012
-- The largest such effort is hosted by an online platform and raised over $54 million (yes, you read that right) for thousands of nonprofits in 2012 alone.
-- The largest bricks-and-mortar retail charity checkout program of 2012 brought in nearly $42 million for a network of children's hospitals and has raised more than half a billion dollars since 1987.
Join us at #CMF13 and you'll receive a copy of the study and the chance to learn how to supercharge your point-of-sale campaign during a special breakout dedicated to that topic. Hope to see you there!
Sincerely,
David Hessekiel
President

PS -- Be one of first three readers to email me the identities of the companies behind the two enormous campaigns cited above and we'll send you some fabulous CMF schwag!
