2015, 2016, and 2017 Three Year Project Plan
On November 26, 2014, the York County Commissioners approved a 2015, 2016, and 2017 Three Year Project Plan for the CDBG and the ESG programs. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds are received by the County annually through the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The YCPC serves as administrator of the County's CDBG and ESG programs, and prepared the Plan on the County's behalf. The Plan projects an annual entitlement grant of $2,000,000 for CDBG and $150,000 for ESG. Based on these entitlement amounts, the Plan includes funding for municipal public works and planning activities, non-profit facilities and public services, home repair for low and moderate income homeowners, and, shelter, prevention, and rapid re-housing activities for homeless families and individuals as well as those at risk of homelessness. A copy of the Plan can be accessed by clicking on the "Reports & Documents" section of the YCPC website, scrolling to "T" and clicking on "Three Year Project Plan", or click here to view the Plan.
