Build-a-Drifter Workshop

Update on the MME Strategic Planning Process
The MME Board of Directors began a process of strategic planning early last year. With expert facilitation from Just Works Consulting, Board members participated in a retreat in October 2012, where MME's vision, goals, and objectives were reflected upon. Findings from this process, as well as a framework for MME's future will be the subject of a report that is currently being produced. Look to hear more about this from MME's outgoing President, Bill Andrake, at the 2013 WHOI conference. |
MME Art Contest
The Annual Marine Art Contest is underway! The theme for this year's contest is "Amazing Ocean Creatures of Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary". Do you know someone deserving of an MME award? Recognize the contributions of marine educators making significant contributions to teaching, service, scholarship, and volunteerism. Deadline for Submission to Next F&J
The Spring issue of F&J will be posted online in early March. Submissions are now being accepted for the Summer edition, which will report on the High School Marine Science Symposia and WHOI conferences. Deadline for submissions is May 14th.
