The Memorial Day holiday has ended and we had teams competing all over the Midwest - from Chicago to Canton, MI, Indianapolis to Dayton, and Columbus to Toledo. Congratulations to all the teams who enjoyed success. A special shout-out to the U10 and U11 Girls Gold Teams who, by their league and tournament play, officially put Crew Juniors at the top of girls soccer in Columbus! Tryouts start this week at Antrim Park and Thompson Park for the U7-U12 age groups. Please be sure to register before you arrive and bring your registration confirmation along with a player photo. If you did not receive a confirmation, either by email or at the end of the registration process, your registration was not completed. CREW RESIDENTIAL CAMP - JUNE 17 - 21

We have received several calls and emails inquiring about residential camp options for the summer. The Columbus Crew Residential Camp is a 4-day opportunity to experience some of the highest level coaching, facilities and resources in the country. From a training perspective, the camp will include technical/tactical training, classroom lectures, speed and agility sessions, goalkeeper training and unrestricted free play. Campers will also have access to the Columbus Crew Training facility, Columbus Crew training sessions, Columbus Crew stadium, guest speakers and more.

To make tryouts as smooth as possible, we are recruiting volunteers to help with the check-in process at Thompson Park. We have also streamlined the volunteer sign-up process by using an online system. Click on the link below.

Review the possible slots and sign-up where possible. It is very easy to volunteer when your son/daughter will be attending a tryout. We will explain the exact duties during the first few minutes of your shift, although if you have any questions about the process beforehand, please send an email to Jeff Warren at jwarren@thecrew.com.
