Take part in the Summertime Blues Triathlon on Sunday, August 9th at 7:00am at The Old River in Freeport. This sprint triathlon features a 500 meter swim in a protected body of salt water, followed by a 25k bike ride with two challenging climbs, finishing with a fast and flat 5k run with a great view of The Old River at the end. Registration is $75 and includes a post-race breakfast for all race participants to enjoy afterwards.

There are only a few weeks left in this summer's series to hang out at the park and catch some fast race action. Starting at 5pm each week and running through the 26th of August, this fun and spectator friendly environment takes place at the popular Picnic Loop in Memorial Park and is open to all. So grab a few friends and some lawn chairs, and head on over after work to wind down and watch the races. Plus, enjoy food trucks, Karbach Brewery and much more.

Support a great cause by riding in this year's Tour de Pink benefiting the Pink Ribbon Project. Taking place on Sunday, September 20th, this ride features several route options for all types of riders ranging from 12 miles up to 100 miles. Join BikeHouston on August 29th at 8:30am to explore Houston's biggest park, learn new trails, spot wildlife, and ride with others who support building more safe places to ride! The 3rd Annual Onalaska Triathlon will be held on Sunday, September 13th. This triathlon, taking place in beautiful Lake Livingston, features a 1.2 mile open water lake swim followed by a scenic 56 mile bike ride through the quiet rolling hills of Onalaska finishing with a 13.1 mile flat run through the neighborhoods of Onalaska. Each participant receives a t-shirt and commemorative medal along with awards for top overall male and female categories. New at this year's race...a very special batch of Onalaska Blonde Ale brewed just for this event will be available to participants after the race. Another reason you might want to sign up!


Come join us at the 9th Annual Bike Around the Bay. This is a fully supported two-day, 180-mile bike ride on October 17th & 18th. This ride showcases the natural beauty of Galveston Bay and benefits the Galveston Bay Foundation. Day 1 takes riders around the east bay and Crystal Beach finishing with a ride on the Bolivar Ferry. Riders then stay overnight at Moody Gardens Hotel where they can enjoy a party. Day 2 concludes on the west side of the Bay Area going through Kemah and a climb over the Fred Hartman bridge. This ride has fantastic support, great riding and is an amazing experience.
