The Houstonian Club and Bike Barn are bringing Chris Carmichael back to Houston for a unique camp, geared toward athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. Legendary coach Chris Carmichael will lead this group with help from some of his expert coaches. Camp is open to all cyclists seeking to improve their performance. Whether you enjoy charity cycling tours or the local Texas racing scene, this is the perfect opportunity to learn the benefits of training with power and how to become stronger and faster. 

Saturday ride will be from Waller Junior High and Sunday from Zube Park with distances between 50 and 65 miles. Get full details and register here.

The Memorial Park Crit Series has made a full comeback this summer and we were thrilled to be a part of it all. Please join us on Wednesday, August 27th for the final race of the season.

Now is the time to register for the 10th annual Tour de Pink, benefiting local foundation, Pink Ribbons Project. Ride with your friends at Bike Barn by joining the Bike Barn team; did we mention a jersey is included with team registration? Interested in testing your cyclocross skills, or just learning more? This Beginners West Side Cross Clinic will consist of handling skills, dismounting and mounting the bike, going over barriers and obstacles, shouldering the bike, running up embankments and more. Clinics are being held Wednesday,  August 20, and 27th, Sept 3rd and 10th from 6 - 7 pm. Participants can park at the George Bush Spillway parking lot and meet in the field adjacent to the parking lot. Riders are asked to bring either a cyclocross or mountain bike.
