Tour de Bike Barn - July 19
Experience the Tour de France, Houston style!
Join us Saturday, July 19th at 7:30am for a great ride along Galveston Bay. Then stick around for a Tour de France viewing party! We'll depart from Bike Barn Clear Lake and riders will be given distance options of 40 or 60 miles. After the ride, everyone is welcome to enjoy food, drinks and viewing of the Tour de France.

This Wednesday marks week 6 of the Memorial Park Crit Series. Since the 90's Houstonians have been meeting and racing bikes in Memorial Park on Wednesday evenings, and now the tradition is back. This is a casual, enjoyable race environment and great spectator venue, perfect for families and friends. All proceeds from this race benefit the Memorial Park Conservancy to help maintain and restore the beloved picnic loop. We'll be racing every Wednesday night through August starting at 5pm. Grab your friends and come watch the festivities - food trucks available on site.

The 4th annual Shadow Creek Ranch Triathlon presented by Christian Brothers Automotive is right around the corner! The race will be held on Sunday, July 13th. This is one of the region's top sprint distant multi-sport events that features a 500 meter open water swim, a 16 mile bike course and a 3.2 mile run. It is a fantastic event for all ability levels. Registration closes, Thursday, July 10 at 11:59pm, so if you think this might be the race for you, don't wait!

Get ready for a GRRRRREAT Triathlon Event just for kids at Moody Gardens on Sunday, September 14. Mate and Mini Mate divisions are available and distances are based on age. All children between the ages of 6 and 15 are encouraged to compete. This is the perfect event to help your little athlete dive right in to the triathlon world!

September 14. This is the first bike ride in Texas solely supporting breast cancer with a focus on breast cancer screening in under-served Houston communities, your fundraising stays LOCAL. Registration is now open for Bike Around the Bay! This year, Bike Around the Bay celebrates its eighth year and the return of the Seawall Blvd stretch. It is a fully supported two-day, 180-mile bicycle ride around Galveston Bay that showcases the natural beauty of The Bay and benefits the Galveston Bay Foundation. This ride has fantastic support, great riding and a fun evening in Galveston for the overnight. Ride takes place
October 18-19.
