Hundreds of Houstonians will ride into downtown on April 12th to recognize Bike to Work Day. Join Bike Barn at 7:00am as we start from our University Store and head into downtown to meet with Mayor Parker. This is a great way for commuters and cyclists to be recognized by City leaders and media.

We are starting early Friday and should everyone at work early that day, Start Time 7am, arrive in downtown at 8am for Mayors presentation.

Stretching...gets you faster! Cycling is a sport of repetitive motion that can lead to tightness in major muscle groups. Stretching can help to improve your flexibility and range of motion - which can lead to more comfort on the bike and possibly a more aero position! Look for stretches that focus on the quads, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back, neck and shoulders.
