CHILDREN'S BOOK FESTIVAL 2014
This year's Children's Book Festival will feature Kevin Henkes, author of Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse and the other Mouse books, Olive's Ocean, The Year of Billy Miller, and more. Don't miss the fun!
FRIDAY, MAY 16 Keynote Address and Book Signing by Kevin Henkes 7:00 PM | Ballroom For ages 8 and up; free tickets for the keynote address will be available April 25 at the Children's Desk. Books will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of The King's English Bookshop.
SATURDAY, MAY 17 Children's Activities 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM | 2nd and 3rd floor Book giveaway to the first 600 children! Festival activities include a mouse maze, face painting, a maypole, crafts, and more!

Utah Watercolor Society Spring Open Exhibition On Display May 9 - June 20 Opening Reception on Friday, May 9 at 6:00 PM
The Utah Watercolor Society was founded December 30, 1974, to advance the art of painting in watercolor defined as paintings in transparent and/or opaque water media or unvarnished water-soluble media on paper or canvas. The Spring Open Exhibition is open to artists throughout the state, and the best of the best are on display.
