This week's newsletter is about celebrating life, no matter how many years go by.  The last thing any of us wants is to get sidelined with a foot or other injury this summer.  I'm here to help you always put your best foot forward.   

How your feet strike the ground, your stride length and balance are all important factors in how your body handles fitness, life's summer vacations and other activities.  

Beyond that, what your feet need in support can play a major role in how your body feels from the ground up.  It's not just how the feet feel but what you put on them that impacts you all the way up the spine.  For example, your feet play a major part in back pain and injury.  

Don't miss Yoga this Week as we are celebrating happy feet with postures to help stretch those toes, soles, calves and more and to help you with stride and balance work too!   We're finding the celebration in our lives with mantras and meditation as well.
