SPRING Accidents and Injuries Alert

There's a reason the majority of car accidents happen near home.  It's because our guard is down.  The same goes for housework and yardwork.  We are busy, want to get the job done fast, and don't prepare ourselves physically or stay aware of the body's present capabilities.
