Leap Into this Edition - Catch Up and Move Forward Smarter and Stronger

In our busy lives, filled with deadlines, appointments, schedules, errands, responsibilities, meals to prepare, books to read, people to see, and more (phew!) we often say: "If only I had more time. I need more time."

Time, time. Well, this week, the calendar gives us extra time.  An extra day, in this leap year.  The gift of more time. An entire 24 hours more than usual. What will you do with this extra day of life?A precious 1440 extra minutes filled with breath and possibility?  Will you use it to make any difference?

I hope you allot some of it to take care of your own health and well being.  Perhaps read from my past blogs that you haven't taken time to click to get the exercises and information on the main page.  This will help you to better understand how your body works, aligns, breathes and how to help your mind clear and learn. 

And I also hope you seek other special moments. For sure, hug your loved ones and pets closer.  Maybe call a friend we haven't spoken to in months, forgive an old hurt (or say "I'm sorry"), or walk outside and appreciate the planet. Before bed comes, sit quietly, and gently remember your blessings as you listen for that still, small voice within, that ultimately leads you to greater self-truth and appreciation for all the moments that are yours to keep.  

I am humbly grateful for my "moments" with you, from sweating strong in the JKFY gym to pranyama breathwork restoring the bodies in Shavasana.  I count you among my blessings and I hope the following "clicks" bring you healing and learning for many more years in a quality life.  Seize the day in this year of the monkey and learn how to quiet that monkey mind or swing strong when you need to.
