Columbus Day is a great day to set sail towards a new fitness horizon. Read on to learn about my favorite total body exercise that can transform everything from how your body moves and feels to toning and strengthening you from head to toe!  As with all functional exercise, it trains your muscles to work together and provides injury prevention through improved strength in the muscles, alignment for your spine and joints and tones the core while helping balance.  
In the JKFY studio, clients are learning how to perform this with variations while training this week, and yoga students have the power of a spiritual and physical practice with it on the yoga mat.
