This is the time of year every gardener anticipates - the earth wakes up and bulbs are in bloom.  Those who love to garden (myself included) can't wait to dig in the dirt and plan for a lovely garden, but springtime can be a season of injuries as we attempt tasks with certain muscle groups that may have been hibernating since the fall.  

 

Just as with any new exercise program, follow these safety tips and enjoy planting with ease:

Just $25 a person for three Friends or Family Members training together- or Jackie can find you partners for a group session.
