PREVENT AND HEAL BACK PROBLEMS
Sciatica Pose Relief and More!

Thanks to everyone for their overwhelming responses to the yoga series I offered in March on sciatica relief. Since 80% of all Americans suffer from some form of back pain, keeping your flexibility, having good posture and core strength are the best defense to preventing and healing back pain.  

Sciatica, disc herniation or bulging disks and issues with the piriformis muscle are often culprits of low back pain.  What can you do at home to keep your back healthy and avoid or heal these issues?

The best defense is always a good offense.  When it comes to your health, that starts with at least 30 minutes of exercise on most days and a proper diet. Make this your time to spring into shape.  I'm here to help! ~ Jackie
