The program was such a success that we are almost to capacity for our first class this coming Wednesday night at 7 pm.  If you are interested in attending, be sure to contact me to attend or even to schedule your slot for a Wed. eve class later this month. Remember too that if you want to "double date"  you can attend the Power Yoga 5:45 pm class and then stay for just $10 for Yin -- but this is based on available space and pre-registration.  Why Yin? This mat class has great appeal for men due to the use of props and deeper holds to open stiff, less flexible joints.   Yoga and meditationwas especially beneficial in helping my son, Garrett, become one of the youngest ever to enter the US Air Force SERE program. He credited yoga and meditation with helping him with the intense physical demands (SERE is the Air Force equivalent of the Navy Seal program) as yoga not only gave him an edge with flexibility, but it also taught him the mental focus and breath control through meditation to really hit new heights -- like below with quite a vertical run and jump (he's on the left) during his SERE training days.

Having a fitness buddy can help you outside of the studio to stay on track as well with special programs Jackie creates for you that works together but still has your personal fitness needs and goals in mind. 
 
Groups of 3 start at just $25 an hour, and two friends train together for Just $39 an hour! Groups may include grandparents and grandkids, sisters, brothers, etc.
