We are delighted that MyClanOnline is officially up and running and the COSCA page is open for business. We are also pleased to announce that COSCA will be continuing to work in partnership with MyClanOnline to achieve our shared goals of growing and strengthening the global Scottish ancestral community.
As many of you know, MyClanOnline is a new, state-of-the-art online platform bringing together all sections of the Scottish ancestral community. COSCA and others have worked with the MyClanOnline team to help customize and improve an online networking platform designed specifically to meet the needs of the Scottish diaspora. Now with your help and input we will continue to refine this tool to make it an even better tool.
COSCA chose MyClanOnline as our online gathering place after a two year search and trial of a number of different online options and ideas. We recognize that MyClanOnline is the optimum platform providing the tools needed to move forward in the 21st century.
The power and promise of MyClanOnline is its single-minded focus on the Scottish ancestral diaspora coupled with a partnership with COSCA that will help our community come together to fully use and exploit MyClanOnline's capacity to help us. Keep your eyes peeled for some great training opportunities coming up to learn how to best use MyClanOnline to serve your clan or organization's needs.
We invite you to join us on MyClanOnline and help COSCA continue the business of connecting and growing the Scottish ancestral community. If you are a clan or Scottish organization leader we urge you to consider making MyClanOnline your organization's online networking home. Over the next few months we will give you resources that will help show you how. And of course we encourage you to remind your members to join and use MyClanOnline to keep up to date on what is going on in the Scottish world and in your organization specifically. This tool will work best for us all if we all gather in one online location to be informed and do our business. Quick, easy, effective.
Yours aye,
The Council of Scottish Clans & Associations
