Tickets are available online at hyackfootball.com. The Tailgate Auction is our major fundraiser of the year and has raised well over $120,000 in support of Hyack Football. This is the perfect time for new parents to get involved in this terrific event.

These cost just $20 and are good for appetizers and deserts at River Market at New Westminster Quay restaurants. BONUS HOME GAME THIS FRIDAY AT 2PM
Due to field conditions at West Van Secondary, this Friday's game between New West and West Van has been moved to Mercer Stadium. Note the early kickoff time of 2 pm. There will not be an admission charge. Team pictures will take place before warm up for the game.

HYACKS EARN FIRST LEAGUE VICTORY
Tommy Robertson tied a school record by tossing 3 TD passes in one game, leading the Hyacks to a 35-13 win over Belmont on Friday at Mercer Stadium. Tristan Sands, Stewart Sommerfeld and Matt Seymour were on the receiving end of his passes. Angelo Tanjuaquio and Kale Brock also scored rushing TDs. Jeremy Stewart led the way defensively with 9 tackles and an interception. Jeff Lugtu and Billy Collins had 6 tackles and Bogdan Pavel had 5 tackles and a sack. The win improves the Hyacks record to 4-1 overall (1-1 in conference play).

JV HYACKS CONTINUE TO ROLL
The JV Hyacks are doing damage on both sides of the border, with a 31-0 win at Mt Vernon HS in Washington. After a Hyack safety, Adrian Cagampan gave the visitors an 8-0 lead at halftime. In the 3rd quarter Jamie Shiho returned a punt for touchdown, then later found Gurvir Ghuman in the endzone for the 3rd straight game. Nick Hauka scored the game's final points on a QB sneak in the 4th quarter. The Hyack defense posted its 3rd straight shutout.
The JVs are now 4-0 (1-0 in league) and play host to Terry Fox HS this Thursday at Mercer Stadium at 5:30 pm, in a game featuring two of the top JV teams in the province.

YOUTH FOOTBALL UPDATE
The Hyack Jr Bantams improved to 4-0 with a 30-0 win at Coquitlam. Broxx Comia had a huge game on offense with a pair of touchdowns including a 70+ yarder. Cody Stevens had a strong defensive game with numerous open field tackles. Kinsale Phillips rounded out the scoring for the Hyacks, who have now outscored the opposition by a combined 175 to 6 margin.
Earlier in the day the Hyack Atoms defeated Coquitlam 22-0. The offense scored a season high in points, with TDs coming from Phillip Marin, Jaxson Domville and Dyson Glavas. The defense, led by Colin Van Den Driesen, Darius Louis-Charles and Jacob MacCumber did not allow a single first down.
