Happy New 'Year'!
We are so excited to kick off the new 'year' in Sunday Morning Live this Sunday! Your children will be meeting their large and small group shepherds for the year and will move into their new small groups to match their age or grade in school.

In the month of August, our nursery and preschool children are learning that God loves me. Help teach your children  about God and Abraham by using this week's parent cue Click here.

Our elementary children kicked off a new unit on obedience.

This Sunday's Lesson - Aug. 14
Follow me!
This Sunday, in addition to fun ice breakers and 'get-to-know-you' activities, our preschoolers and elementary students will be focusing on the Discipleship Pathway and what it means to be a disciple of Jesus. Our elementary students and shepherds will have a special edition of Sunday Morning Live with an "Amazing Race" to discipleship!

The spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, praying, spending time together in small groups, giving, serving, community worship and inviting bring us closer to God and closer to each other. Jesus said "Follow me!" to the first disciples and he says it to each of us today!
What You Do Matters!
Are you who we are looking for? We need 17 adults to volunteer with our kids. Learn how you can help with preschool or elementary this fall: click here.

During this back to school time take a moment with your kids to give thanks for Jesus.

"Dear Jesus - thank you for being our greatest teacher who is there for us every week, ready to listen, to comfort, to encourage, to love, to forgive, to empower and to guide. Help us show your kindness at our school. Amen."
