Idol Worship

We don't usually consider ourselves idolators. Yet for a lot of us, we are busy and distracted by many things. The question is, "What effect does that have on our lives, both physically and spiritually?"

Join us Sunday and be challenged by teens from our church on this topic of idols.

Prayer for The Portico Campus

Senior Pastor Magrey deVega called everyone to support the launch of The Portico Campus through 120 days of prayer and for 120 people to commit to become the "seed" congregation of the new campus in his Mid-Week Message Thursday.

How to Pray for The Portico
We have some specific prayer requests for The Portico campus launch and downtown community: for all who have said "yes," for all who have not yet said "yes," and for gratitude to God for being given this opportunity in a "new" mission/ministry field.

What's New at The Portico?
An art mural and lots of construction is in progress.

Pentecost, Prayers, The Portico and a Counter Melody

On Pentecost, the Rev. Magrey deVega challenged the congregation to be a force that makes God's love real in our community, to sing a "counter melody" to what the world hears from churches. Listen or view the full sermon here.
