We invite you to use your gifts to make God's love real to the next generation of disciples. You can serve directly with children or in a supporting role. We have a place for you on Wednesday nights, Sunday mornings, during the week or at special events. If you are feeling God's call to use your gifts to serve in Children's Ministries, please contact Meagan, Kristin or Melissa.

Sit-Together Sunday July 5

Children in grades 1-4 and their families are encouraged to worship together Sunday for Sit Together Sunday. Regular children's programming for children in kindergarten and younger (those normally on the Wesley Center first and second floors) will be available.  If you are a parent in an adult class, your 1st-5th grader may serve as a helper in the 3-4-K room (206/7 of the Wesley Center) while you attend your adult small group.


YOU + Summer 2015 = Awesome Sunday Mornings!

We are still in the middle of "Summer" Sunday Morning Live. If you are a parent or grandparent who has enjoyed worship or a small group while your children or grandchildren enjoyed Sunday Morning Live, we ask that you commit to serving at least one Sunday over the summer. Summer Sunday Morning Live runs from June 7 through Aug. 16. We are using Volunteer Spot to track our summer Sunday serving opportunities. Summer Date Nights

Strengthen your marriage relationship by discussing successful, Godly marriage practices with other couples 6-6:30 p.m. before embarking on your own private date night. Childcare is provided for $5 per child ($15 max per family) per week. Pick-up for children in childcare on campus is at 8:30 p.m. Date nights are July 10 and 24 and Aug. 7 and 21. Sign up here.

 

Move-Up Sunday

On Sunday, Aug. 23, children will progress to their new grade level for the 2015-2016 school year and get a chance to meet their new shepherds. In order to move up to the second floor for 3-4-K Sunday Morning Live, children must be age 3 by Sept. 1, 2015 and confidently potty-trained. With the exception of 5th graders who have already moved on to Merge, please remember that children stay in their current age or grade level over the summer until Move-Up Sunday.

 

Vacation Bible School Recap

Vacation Bible School reached new heights last week, with almost 450 children experiencing God's love and power as they climbed Mount Everest. We are grateful for the support of our 200 volunteers who made last week a reality. Check out the slideshow and read more here.
