This Sunday is a VERY special Sunday for Merge Youth Ministries and many of our students and families. We are confirming 23 students at 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 19 in the Sanctuary. We would love to have all our Merge families come celebrate with us during the service and at the reception following in the Harnish Activities Center.

Merge Dinner Pick-Up
Pick up the pre-ordered/pre-paid dinner, deliver to the church and collect $5 from kids choosing to eat that night. You will receive an email mid-week with the details of the order and you can choose the week that fits your schedule. Click here to sign-up.

Merge Sign-In
We start at 5 p.m. and help students get signed-in or greet new students and help them feel welcome. Pick your Sunday here.

Need service hours? A Hyde Park member has a retail store on MacDill just south of Bay-to-Bay and a website with ecommerce. LivAfrika is a way to raise money for one of our mission partners, Phakamisa, in Durban, South Africa. If you are interested in working, or to get more info, contact Sita.

Middle School Sunday School, Sunday, 9:30 a.m.
Each Sunday our Middle School students are invited to join us in the Magnolia Building as we use Scripture to talk about the ways we can encounter God in our every day life through being intentional and thoughtful about how we live. We meet every Sunday morning with the exception of holiday weekends and the first Sunday of the month when students experience corporate worship and communion with the church body.

Merge, Sunday 5:30-8 p.m.
No Merge this Sunday due to our Confirmation Service. Please join us in the Sanctuary at 6 p.m. 

Wednesday Night Bible Study- 6:30-8 p.m.
Join us in the Magnolia Building as we discover the Wild Truth about faithful people in Scripture. Each week we will take an adventure back to a Bible story, to explore an ancient experiment in faith, and see what they discovered about God. From there, we will dive into the ways we can experience those same truths in our lives.
 NewsNEWS AND EVENTS 
College Ready Class
Seniors, this is your last chance to sign-up for our College Ready Class. This is a six-week class to help our graduating seniors feel a little more prepared leaving the nest. We would love to have your student join us as we cover topics like: Empowering Friendships and Roommates, Academics, Dating/Sex, Having Fun, Growing Spiritually and Creating a Vision for Their Future. Contact Tiffany or Whitney if interested.

Lock-In - 6 p.m., Friday, April 24
Join us in the Magnolia building for games, competitions, food, excitement, and NO SLEEP (just kidding). Bring a sleeping bag, pillow, chips (girls), and soda pop (boys). Parents should pick up at 9 a.m. on Saturday morning.

Youth Tech Workshops - May 3 and 17
We invite all students who are interested in learning about the technical aspects of the Merge worship experience to join us for one or both of these workshops. On May 3, our workshop will cover how to operate the soundboard, balance the sound during worship, and troubleshooting sound issues. On May 17, the workshop will cover how to operate the lighting and projection computers, the basics of ProPresenter software, how to draw focus and create atmosphere with lighting, and troubleshooting visual and lighting issues. If you are interested in attending either of these workshops, or just want more information, please contact Dave. 

Summer Camp Registration Open!
Click here to register for summer camp and reserve your spot for the week of June 15-20, 2015 (week #2). Once you've registered, contact Kathy DiRaimo if you want to reserve a spot on the church bus. Spaces are limited and the church bus is first come, first served.

Vacation Bible School June 22-26
Be sure to save the week of June 22 for Vacation Bible School at Hyde Park! Kids will learn about conquering challenges with God's mighty power. Registration is open and we need a lot of volunteers to make God's love real at VBS. If you are an adult who can help, click here to sign up. If you are a youth who can help, click here to sign up.
