 EmilyEMILY'S MESSAGE
My shoulders get tight, my palms start to sweat, and I get this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach when I have to deal with this issue. It sounds like I am talking about love or some other deeply emotional aspect. And for many of us, the topic of money is deeply emotional. If we feel this way, how do we talk to our teens about money? Every month we, check attendance to see which students have been missing from Merge. Once identified, we then send a "We Miss You Card." Lenten High School Home Groups
High school students meet 6-8 p.m. for dinner and in depth Bible study at Natalie Peric's home (3908 W. Santiago St. Tampa, FL 33629). Invite a friend and bring your Bibles. See you then!

Middle School Wednesday Night Bible Study, 6:30 p.m.
We are aligning our study with the current Lenten series. We will do an indicative bible study (which means really studying each word and phrase of our Scripture passage) each week. We will look at Christ's journey during the Lenten period and see how we can align our walk with His. Join us this Wednesday from 6:30-8 p.m.

Merge, Sunday 5:30-8 p.m.
For a lot of us, faith can feel messy and complicated. Not because we don't have enough answers about God, but because it feels like we don't have enough answers from God, about us. Is God there for us? Does he even care?  We certainly aren't the first generation to have these doubts. The nation of Israel had a history of trusting God, then not trusting him, and then trusting him again. Through a tradition called Passover, God gave the Israelites a simple tool to help them through times of doubt. It's a tool that Jesus practiced and then passed on to his followers, and when we choose to continue the tradition, we find that sometimes going forward in our faith begins with looking back. Join us for dinner ($5 in the HAC) at 5:15 p.m. before programming. Bring a friend with you and you both get a gift.

Confirmation, Sunday, 6-8 p.m.
This week we will talk about "Prayers, Presence, Gifts, Service, Witness and the Discipleship Pathway." We will gather together in the Harnish Activities Center at 5:15 p.m. for a $5 dinner. Classes begin at 6 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Wesley Building.

null First Priority is a Christian Club that meets at almost all of our Tampa Bay schools. It is a Bible study where we talk about Scripture, pray for our schools, teachers and friends. These clubs are student led but have Youth Pastors from all over the Tampa Bay Area helping lead them. Find your school here.

Are you interested in a Cuban worship experience? This summer you could have the opportunity to build relationships and spend time with other youth in worship at a sister church and camp activities in Cuba. Click here to learn more.
