Spring Cleaning
How to keep it looking great!
Many of you have recently asked as to how to clean the screen materials in the Lifestyle Screen. Cleaning the screens is easy and will keep the Lifestyle Screen looking its best.
If your customer has the standard fiberglass mesh, it is recommended that they simply spray with water from a garden house and allow to air dry.
For Super Screen owners, a mild detergent such as Dawn with warm water and a sponge gets the job done. Instruct your customers to never use harsh cleaners on any of the screen materials.

Shipping Checklist
How to handle damages
We have went to great lengths to work with carriers that handle Lifestyle Screens with the same care as we do. Unfortunately, from time to time, claims do come up. If you should receive an order from us and it looks as if though there may have been some mishandling, please be sure to mark it on the receipt BEFORE the driver leaves. We appreciate your help in this matter.
