NEWS FROM EAGLE

It has been an exciting six months since Brown's acquisition of the Siemen's manufacturing facility in Austin, TX last November.  The minds in Davenport have melded with the brilliant minds in Austin and we are becoming a well-oiled machine.

Also, it has been exciting to bring back the Eagle name in all of its glory.  Since 1931, Eagle has represented the highest standards of quality and engineering in traffic control.  Its has been an honor to resurrect the Eagle name and all that it represents.

We are now proud to introduce EagleTrafficControlSystems.com .
Our new website is a great resource for news, product sheets and all things Eagle as we make great strides in Texas.

Please take a moment to visit our new website and please feel free to weigh in with any comments or suggestions.  The site was designed with the Brown customer in mind and we hope it to be a valuable resource for years to come.

Welcome to this week's "Tuesday Traffic Tips."

We hope everyone enjoyed a fantastic Memorial Day weekend and took a moment to remember all of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

To continue the celebration, we will unofficially celebrate "Traffic Cabinet" week.

As many of you know, there is much that happens before a traffic control cabinet gets turned on at an intersection.

For this week's traffic tip, we will address some of the common "pluggable" devices found in a traffic control cabinet.

Also please visit this week's "Eagle News" section for an update on the great things that have been happening at our Austin facility.

Have a great week!

TRAFFIC TIP

Knowing all the "pin assignments" for common cabinet devices is not an easy task.

Click here for this week's Tuesday Traffic Tip, where we will feature the diagrams for many of the common "pluggable" devices found in Traffic Control Cabinets.

TRAFFIC TRIVIA

Do you know your traffic trivia? Here's your chance to show us.

Name the traffic cabinet part shown above. Or do you know what it's used for in a cabinet?

Send your answer to marketing@browntraffic.com with "Traffic Trivia" in the subject line.

The correct answer to the May 13th Traffic Trivia was "Hawk Signal."

TRAFFIC "LITES"

Now that's a big box of popcorn....or is it?

If you have a funny picture of a traffic related item, send it to marketing@browntraffic.com .
As always, we thank your for reading this week's Tuesday Traffic Tip.  If you have any suggestions to make this newsletter better, feel free to email us any time.
