We rang in the New Year with smiles, laughter, and fun. Burr the frigid January temperatures have gotten us to engage in creative indoor play. K-2nd children were introduced to several songs and fingerplays teach challenging their mathematical skills. Please ask your children about the ten little snowmen. The children were happy and engaged while being challenged with new tasks and opportunities such as mastering a variety of games in the gym. Their favorite one at this time is Ship Island with mum ball coming in second. We have also set up a homework buddy system with our 3rd-5th graders. Michael C. and Amanda L. were front and center to help out. Please feel free to question your child or our team on this.
 The TLC team have planned several upcoming events. In celebration ofour healthy hearts and staying fit and active we have planned a Winter Ball for February 12th. Please note February 13th and February 16th are sign-up days. Our host center will once again be Frenchtown.
Please keep in mind that March will be roaring good time as we have planned for Friday the 13th as mini me day were 4th and 5th grades will swop roles with our TLC staff, details to follow.
Parents, thank you all for keeping us up to date with your child's absences, enrichment dates, and schedules. As safety is one of our top priorities, this truly makes for a smoother and safer transition to our attendance routine. Please continue to check your child's mailbox daily for notes and reminders.
