Before school, the children enjoy playing at several centers such as: the "Art Center", where they can use their imaginations to create pictures and projects. They enjoy coloring, painting, using stencils and dots markers. They also love the "Craft Center" where they make bracelets, key chains, and magnets using colorful string, gimp, rainbow loom, Iron Beads, and pony beads. Our "Lego/block Center" is a big hit with the children. We also have tons of other options and fun things for them to pick from including board games, card games, dolls, kitchen play, computers, and they can also pick a book from our collection to read.
After school, the children are offered a nutritious snack before starting their homework or breaking up into groups. If you would like your child/children up to do their homework here at the TLC center please sign them up for it at our center. We will have a staff member help them with their homework.
The other children have an option of either staying in the room where they can do a daily craft and/or play at centers or they can go to the gym/caf�/playground where they will be taking part in organized games/activities with our staff.
