Traverse City Chamber of Commerce Business Expo
We are looking forward to joining 140+ exhibitors and more than 1,300 attendees who take part in this annual event that showcases community businesses, allows large scale networking, and introduces new products and services to the region each November.
Cottage and Lakefront Living Show in Novi!
The Cottage and Lakefront Living Show opens Thursday, February 27th and runs through Sunday, March 2nd at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI. Every aspect of cottage and lakefront living for cottage, lakefront property and vacation homeowners or those looking to buy, build or rent are on display at the pre-season show. Exhibits include homebuilders, contractors, cottage furnishings, lakeshore maintenance, boats and docks, outdoor recreational equipment and Homewaters Recreational Real Estate; we are excited to be attending this show that attracts thousands of potential Buyers; It's a great way for us to advertise our company's listings!
Midwest Fly Fishing Expo
We will be attending the 36th annual Midwest Fly Fishing Expo at the Macomb Community College Sports and Expo Center on March 8th and 9th. We have enjoyed attending this particular trade show since before the beginning of Homewaters. Chad Brown, the Broker/Owner of Homewaters, has been attending this show since he worked for The Old AuSable Fly Shop in Grayling in 1999. He began attending the show for the Fly Shop and then continued on after becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker. This show really highlights our riverfront listings!

Homewaters Website Ranks #1!
Homewaters.net - website is the undisputed leader when ranked against the websites of the largest Real Estate firms in Northern Michigan. This fact recently came to our attention when the largest Northern Michigan firm published their ranking against other large brokerages in the region. The numbers they showcased are 1/3 of Homewaters!
The numbers they published, and confirmed to us, were for the period of June 2011 through June 2013. With all of their marketing budget, multiple offices and hundreds of agents they achieved 33,000 unique visitors and blew away the competition! They indeed had something to brag about...some people are ecstatic to win a silver medal and take 2nd place.
