More HHQI resources now available in Spanish

HHQI is excited to provide even more key patient and clinician tools in Spanish. We know that many home health agencies need translated tools for patients and families. Each month, HHQI will post Spanish versions of some of our key patient tools. All of our tools are free and in the public domain - so you can use them as-is or customize them for your agency.
