Ice Cream, You Scream, We all Scream for Ice Cream!
 While ice cream is always a summertime favorite, July 21 is officially National Ice Cream Day. A perfect way to celebrate this very "cool" event is to visit the Palm Beach Zoo on Saturday where the first 500 guests will be treated to Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. Can't make it to the zoo? Celebrate at home by following Palm Beach Editor, Lissa Dorsey's recipe for homemade ice cream that you can make without an ice cream machine.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup Nutella
1 cup chocolate chips
1 banana, smashed (not pureed)
Whip heavy cream until peaks form. In large mixing bowl, whisk condensed milk, butter, Nutella and banana. Stir in chocolate chips. With a rubber spatula, gently fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 2-quart container and cover. Freeze 4-6 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
