I am interested in joining a Junior League in Palm Beach that is dedicated to serving the community. I have heard wonderful things about the leagues in this area but wanted to hear directly from people who are current or former members about their experiences. The iconic designer's bright and happy prints became a staple in the closets of Palm Beach socialites in the 1960s. Her former classmate, Jackie Kennedy, helped launch Lilly Pulitzer's style to women and children all over the world after she famously wore one of her dresses. Is it Child's Play?
I'm sad to say that my ten-year-old child is a bully. He is always making fun of kids in his class and shoves and pushes them for no reason. We have tried disciplining him for this behavior but nothing seems to work. Family and friends tell us that it is typical behavior for a boy his age but I am concerned. I am considering taking him to a therapist to figure out why he thinks it is acceptable and even humorous to treat others unkindly. I am expecting my first child and I am so excited! Unfortunately, I am also expecting stretch marks as both my mother and sister developed them during their pregnancies. I am currently in my third trimester and would like to do everything I can to avoid getting these "mommy stripes" as my mother refers to them.
