Service Opportunities Update -  December 11, 2012
Greetings!

This week we had four projects that were completed this week.

Sheetrock Project - Pella.  A couple in Pella needed assistance fixing the sheet rock on the ceiling of a couple places in their home. Thanks to Kyle Nelson and Dave Van Gorp for their expertise and service.

Winterizing Project - Pella.  We had a mother with a young family who needed assistance putting up plastic in her home.  Thanks to Jamie and his family for serving.

House Remolding - Pella. We have a young family who has continued to work on remolding their home after they moved in they found significant mold damage. As projects come up Rod Van Genderen has lead efforts to help this family.  His team was Dylan Van Genderen, Austin Van Genderen, Lowell Ernst, Arlan Van Wyk and Kent Van Kooten.  Thank you to these gentlemen for their continued service to this family.

Mini Moving Project-Pella to Pleasantville.  A Grandmother who takes care of her grandchildren was awarded a Habitat Home in Pleasantville.  The ACTS furniture ministry was able to provide her with a Rocker/Recliner, a Bed, Washer and Dryer.  Thanks to Dave Van Gorp, Jeff Van Zante, Kyle Nelson and Joel Bennett for helping this family.  Also a big thank you to those who donate to the ACTS furniture ministry.

Blessings,

If you are willing to serve on any of the below projects, please contact Breanne Patel by replying to this email or calling 641-780-4503.
