Sleep Under The Stars

Enjoy a fun-filled overnight getaway at the new Farnsworth campsites beside the beautiful Maumee River, Saturday-Sunday,  August 8-9 at Farnsworth. Metroparks naturalists will lead geocaching and nature hikes, then make s'mores on the campfire. Come alone, as a couple or with the whole family. Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast included in the registration fee, $25/person. [Register by August 1 here]

Garden Volunteers Wanted

Got a green thumb? Then we need your help. Garden Keeper volunteers assist with the maintenance and care of the flower beds in the Metroparks. Learn more about this rewarding opportunity at a garden party, Tuesday, August 18 from 6 to 7:30 at Wildwood Preserve. Come to the Manor House moss garden near the administrative office entrance. Light dinner fare will be served. [RSVP Here]
